I have been taking the "Solgar" Calcium Magnesium tablets for a month & feel secure in the knowledge that i m taking a top quality product that will give me the right amount i need to keep my bones healthy. I have Osteoporosis & needed calcium & wasn t happy with what the Doctor gave me as this contained Aspartame & didn t have the magnesium combined. So hopefully when i next have my Dexa Scan "Solgar" will have made a difference. |

Following a blood test which showed I have too much iron, I searched everywhere to find a multivitamin without iron. This website was the only place I found who could provide that. I am running about 30Km per week just for fun and to stay fit.
I' ve used this multi-vitamin for over a year now and I take only 1 capsule (min daily dosage) with my lunch and only on training days (5 days per week).
It helps me perform very well and I feel great throughout the remaining day.

It is the first time I take this extract. It was impossible to find the Gotu Kola extract. Anyway I can say that so far I am very pleased. I take one capsule in the morning and it seems that it helps a lot with inflammations after intense exercise (running in my case). |

My local health food shop recommended Solgar to me and so before, during and now 6 months after as still breastfeeding I take prenatal multi vitamins, zinc and full amino acids I m a vegetarian and wanted to ensure I had full protein . Before taking digestive enzymes, I woke each morning with pain round my waist, worse when I ate cream, cheese etc. I don't have to take them as often as at first, e.g. now once a day instead of twice. I have been taking them for three years, and cannot imagine what I would be experiencing now if I had not been advised digestive enzymes. |
